Hi, I’m Amanda.

I grew up wading knee-deep in the creek that flowed behind my childhood home, catching guppies, frogs, and all kinds of river bugs from sunup to sundown. Over the years I watched that living, breathing body of water make its impression on the landscape. One spring of heavy snowmelt could dissolve a foot of riverbed, pull trees down, and carve out a shady hiding spot for fish. But even in the driest summers, when the flow of water slowed, the creek was still changing its environment bit by little bit.

I can’t escape the power of that image. It’s what I believe good brands do too. Whether you’re hitting the gas on marketing or in an outreach dryspell, your brand should still be trickling along, carving out an impression while you do the actual work you started your business to do.

Rivercliff is here to do that work with you. I put a premium on helping you figure out your direction before any design or strategy comes to life so you can move confidently, consistently, and persistently through any level of inflow.

This method of working was deeply instilled in me by professors at Northwest Nazarene University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, before practicing in the field for over 8 years as a professional designer, marketing strategist, and, briefly, a grant administrator. In 2026 I earned my Masters of Business Administration from the University of Montana, where I folded more business acumen into my creative work. I have been running Rivercliff Creative since May 2026, helping small and growing businesses and projects find their direction and carve out their channels.
